I found on arrival at 9am my 2 hour slot had 30 minutes added, it was just before midday when finished. I had to wait as I had no other means of transport. My car needed very little doing to it. Frustrating.

A poor experience. There's a refurb going on, we were vaguely directed 'past the screen' and then told 'to be patient' when we asked if we were in the right place. Waited an hour for a return call asking when car would be ready - no call received.

Very poor customer service, I even wrote to Halliwell Jones regarding my experience on the 27th July and was offered a refund on my recent MOT. I will NOT be returning and would NOT recommend Halliwell Jones to friends or family.

Despite poor Free Health Check (Est £7,000 of repairs and apparently unsafe to drive) you proceeded with Service @ +/- £530 and didn't even replace a side light bulb you identified as faulty. Any reasonable company would have advised before Service!

There seems to be some discrepancy between quotes given online and prices in the branch. I booked online, was told I would have a confirmation, which I didn't so had to phone and check. The centre couldn't access the.quote but honoured the price.

IT WAS FIRST WEEK OF THE SHOWROOM RENOVATION AND WAS CHAOTIC. THE COURTESY LIFT SERVICE HAS ALSO CEASED WHICH HAD NOT BEEN COMMUNICATED AND CAUSED A DEGREE OF ANGST! SEEING EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND DISCUSSING NAIL COLOUR AND FLIRTING DID NOT HELP.
