There were absolutely no issues at all, everything was dealt with very smoothly by Andrew Richards at Halliwell Jones. Nothing is any trouble & he is always there into offer assistance or deal with any questions etc.

The salesman, Andrew Richards, helped us to choose the model to suit our needs with patience and knowledge. He even helped us to download the handbook which unfortunately is no longer provided. Additionally he kept us aware of the cars manufacture.

Before my NEW MINI had exceptional service & attention from VW & 3 Polos. Was on guilt trip. Saw 2 Mini dealers but decided on Halliwell Jones, Llandudno Junction; 'gut instinct', Andrew Richards' attention, said he'd 'look after me' .
