IT WAS FIRST WEEK OF THE SHOWROOM RENOVATION AND WAS CHAOTIC. THE COURTESY LIFT SERVICE HAS ALSO CEASED WHICH HAD NOT BEEN COMMUNICATED AND CAUSED A DEGREE OF ANGST! SEEING EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND DISCUSSING NAIL COLOUR AND FLIRTING DID NOT HELP.

Terry is excellent, good communications. Including when my car needed to stay longer for it's service/2 new dash cams' fitting -they kept it overnight. Resolved problem with the policing of our new front dash cam, re-done next day.

MOT took 3 hours for a 1 hour appointment. No prior notice of delay due to multiple appointments at the same time. No drop off service offered until I requested assistance to get home due to the delay. Hard sell on non-mandatory repairs after the MOT

I was not informed thst my car would not be ready until the following day having dropped it off at 9am and phoning twice during the day. I then waited almost 30 minutes just to collect my car the following morning. Disappointing customer service.

I specifically requested that my headlights be checked after both bulbs needed changing and I had difficulty fitting them. It says on the vehicle check form-checked, all ok, but on returning home, 1 bulb was not visible and clearly out of its casing.

I have always had a great experience. This time it was a little off. I believe I had a service. Have left with a piece of paper that stated that my tyres may need to be replaced some time in the near future. I believe my service was nearly £500.
