MOT took 3 hours for a 1 hour appointment. No prior notice of delay due to multiple appointments at the same time. No drop off service offered until I requested assistance to get home due to the delay. Hard sell on non-mandatory repairs after the MOT

I was not informed thst my car would not be ready until the following day having dropped it off at 9am and phoning twice during the day. I then waited almost 30 minutes just to collect my car the following morning. Disappointing customer service.
