It was so exciting to arrive to collect the car to see it all covered up in the showroom. It just made the experience so much more personal. All the staff were so welcoming and again Cherise made collection smooth! Can't thank her enough!

Cannot fault the service we received at the Service Dept from Terry. We were advised how long it would take and being able to wait in the garage until car was ready

My car was taken straight in for its mot,was told to help myself to coffee and relax,l didnt have to wait too long,it was all straight forward and it had even been washed on getting it back.

There were complications with payment and I had to do a lot of chasing in order to complete steps of the order. Also upon collecting my car there wasn't really a big deal made, my car was just left outside the front for me to pick up
