The basic service was fine. The cost of the mini service is outrageous at almost £700. The week before bringing the mini in for the service, I carried out a similar service on one of my other cars. Using premium quality lubricants. That cost me £100

Staff are very helpful. Telephone call to explain what needs doing and the cost before proceeding. Whole process of dropping off and collecting is very smooth.

We were told the car would be given a complimentary wash and valet. This did not happen. When we phoned in we were also told my car needed a full service which we booked with an MOT. When we arrived we were told it only needed a partial service.
