There were complications with payment and I had to do a lot of chasing in order to complete steps of the order. Also upon collecting my car there wasn't really a big deal made, my car was just left outside the front for me to pick up

It was so exciting to arrive to collect the car to see it all covered up in the showroom. It just made the experience so much more personal. All the staff were so welcoming and again Cherise made collection smooth! Can't thank her enough!

I Pre-booked a courtesy car, but on the day I was informed that it wasn't available, due to a customer failing to bring it back. I was given the option of rebooking or waiting while the work was completed. I decided to wait as I needed the car ASAP.
