On arrival no record of my booking could be found at the reception. There were two issues to be resolved, one cosmetic and one system error. The cosmetic issue was resolved; the system error was not and still exists....

I Pre-booked a courtesy car, but on the day I was informed that it wasn't available, due to a customer failing to bring it back. I was given the option of rebooking or waiting while the work was completed. I decided to wait as I needed the car ASAP.
