Good experience. I was able to speak to the mechanic who was going to work on the vehicle. Communication and updates on what was happening and when vehicle would be ready was excellent.

The tlc pack didnt cover the break fluid change (the second time) and it took a full day to do the job .

MOT and paperwork could not be found and had to be posted on. Chrome exhaust cover missing and no explanation. Had to go back and still no explanation.
